I'm currently Vice President of UX & Product Design at Salesforce in San Francisco. Before joining Salesforce, I was a Principal Designer and Practice Lead for Service Design at Cooper. Before that, I co-founded and ran two successful startups; I also worked as a content strategist, research scientist, editor, photographer, journalist, and DJ. I am deeply in favor of the Oxford comma.

I have a Masters in Interaction Design and a Bachelors in Materials Science and Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University.
